Sewing Pattern
In sizes 32–52. Print them yourself in A4 format or have the A0 patterns plotted at a print shop of your choice.
Tip: With our extended license, you may also use our patterns for commercial sewing projects.

Print the Pattern in Your Size
Is this your first Schneider Akademie pattern? Here Stefan shows you, using an example, how to:
- find the right size
- print and assemble A4 patterns.
Prepare the Pattern
The video instructions for cutting will appear here one week before the event. We will inform you by email.
This time we are doing it differently and completing the cutting before the event, so that we can start together during the event – directly at the sewing machine.

Schedule of the Live Event
1. Joint Start (2 p.m.)
Short welcome and introduction – then we start together right away.
2. Sewing Together
Stefan guides you live through the entire project. He explains exactly what matters – and you can sew along directly from home.
After each important sewing stage, we pause briefly together so that everyone can keep up.
3. Time for Questions
During the short breaks, Stefan answers your questions from the chat – whether about the skirt, sewing techniques, or anything you have always wanted to know about bespoke tailoring. We are happy to guide you through it. This way it stays engaging even for the fastest participants – and everyone has enough time to keep up without stress.
4. The Shared Finale
At the end, we present the dress – and we also invite all participants to show their creations. We are already very excited for this magical moment with you!
Last Preparation
- Set up your workspace: Make sure you can see your screen clearly and have enough space to work.
- Prepare the cutting: Prepare the cutting using the video above and keep everything within reach.
- Set a reminder in your calendar so you can start sewing with us right on time at 2 p.m.
You will receive the link to the live stream by email 30 minutes before the start. It will also appear on this page if you refresh it shortly before the event.

This is usually caused by the internet browser. It’s best to try a different one. If you are using “Internet Explorer,” for example, you could switch to “Firefox.” “Chrome” and “Safari” also usually work very well.
